Please indicate if you will not be home to receive your order and need a specific shipping date. We do not hold coral longer than 3 business days from purchase.
Shipping days are Mon-Wed. Thursday shipping is very risky because UPS does not delivery on weekends. If there is a delay, the corals will sit all weekend in the box and most likely not survive. We only ship on a Thursday if the customer is willing to take the risk and not hold us responsible for DOA if a delay occurs.
Our DOA policy: All claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery. A photo of the coral clearly dead in its original bag and water must be provided to receive credit.
Orders over $250.00 receive free shipping. We combine shipping for $39.99 on smaller orders.
Orders are sent via UPS priority overnight shipping.
