The tablet itself comes with stylus that’s relative new and will work directly through usb port on Mac with supplied driver. For Mac it wouldn’t work with pressures sensitive due to Wacom doesn’t have a working driver on latest OS Big Sur. But tablet driver WILL WORK with el captain and intel chipset Macs.

You will lose hotkey settings from the top of the tablet though.

Otherwise work as expected! Very easy to do photo editing or drawing on it.
