From a very old Pennsylvania estate comes this Victorian era authentic Tiffany & Co. pair (2 ONLY!) of tuxedo studs, or buttons. There were originally three in the box, but one was lost - the center one is a gold plated Krementz replacement done by the family, so consider it free and is included only because is this is how I found it. Made in 18k yellow gold, they have 2mm round old mine cut diamonds weighing .03 carat each. They are marked "Tiffany & Co. 18k" plus there is a third line on the box only, which is illegible, but looks like, "Warranted". They are in their original, badly worn from age, leather Tiffany box which I have seen dated as early as Civil War era, but I can't be certain of that date; it does date to the Victorian era for certain. The two studs are in excellent condition with no wear or damage. An old note from the family was found in the box, will be included and it reads: "Ward Smith Sr. Tiffany diamond studs, given him by Madge H. Smith, one was lost".    0143
