All our items are in stock in the UK and ready to post.

We use Royal Mail to post all items.

We post orders every other day so expect a quick delivery.

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

International Delivery:

We ship worldwide using eBay's Global Shipping Programme.

Should there be any duty to pay, this is the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS:

AnnaGlamour will gladly accept a return of unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged items.

We cannot accept returns for any jewellery, makeup, eyelashes or underwear.

All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs, we suggest using a track and trace method of shipping.
