This is a one-of-a-kind handmade piece of art jewelry to wear designed by artist Kate Mesta in Laguna Beach, California.  Each piece is hand-painted and carefully distressed, hand-stamped, and embellished and include a Kate Mesta charm. The dog tag is 2" and the chain measures  24” long.
