Fabulous Hearts and Roses dress size M which I’d say was a 10. There is a ribbon belt which im still looking for! Perfect Christmas party dress. Please note, on the bottom of the skirt there are marks which I have photographed.i didn’t actually notice them until getting up close. I’ll happily provide any more pics x
