This is an older bronze  sculpture  styled after Botero. Nude women  posing on horse. Finished in a dark bronze patina.  There are a few minor  scuffs and oxidation  marks  but still in good shape.  Please look  at pictures.  Heavy for it's  size. Weighs 12.14 lbs.  14.5" tall x 4" x 8" including base.
