Single piece custom made watch strap
The selling item is one custom made Roger Dubuis crocodile strap, no including the buckle/clasp.
The first strap sample was made: Roger Dubuis G40 Golden Square black crocodile strap, 30x18mm in width, 71x116mm in length, thick 5.5mm taper to 3.0mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.
The second strap sample was made: Roger Dubuis G40 brown crocodile strap, 30x18mm in width, 65x110mm in length, thick 4.2mm taper to 3.2mm, brown stitching, dyed and burnished edges, dark brown calf lining.
The two strap samples were made to be a reducing padded crocodile strap in thickness.
Each posting strap sample could be made a new custom strap according to the specification of your custom strap order. It could be made the other color that you prefer.
The reducing padded crocodile strap is a particularly difficult leather strap.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad. But the middle layer of our padded crocodile strap was made of genuine leather board pad.
We pare the calf leather to be a gradual reducing thick calf board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the crocodile strap.
After that, we glue together among the up side crocodile skin, the padded middle layer calf board pad and the back side calf lining and sew these three pieces together.
Therefore, our Roger Dubuis padded crocodile strap will be more durable and cheaper than the original OEM crocodile strap.
All of my crocodile straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of authentic leather ( include the front side crocodile skin, the middle calf pad and the reverse side calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges and hand stitched with waxed natural linen thread.
The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread. Please take a look at the last photo in which you can see our threads are the best.
The custom made G40 crocodile strap has a soft and durable British calfskin lining.
It will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes.
The Roger Dubuis G40 Golden Square crocodile strap is priced at $ 250 USD, now charges the promotional price at $ 200 USD. No including the buckle.
