This Silver Wire Kopeck coin was issued under Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich Romanov (1613-1645 AD) of Tsardom of Russia.   It has a mint place legend of "Mwithout

small "o" above the "M".  It was minted in Moscow City.  The mint mark of "M with small o" is popular.  On the other hand, the mint mark of "M without small o" is rare.

The Numista rarity index of Numista-274302, is "90".   I think, the index of "90" is very high as a popular wire money.

The Tsardom of Russia was the centralized Russian state from the assumption of the title of Tsar by Ivan IV in 1547 until the foundation of the Russian Empire by Peter I

in 1721.  From 1551 to 1700, Russia grew by 35,000 square km per year.  The period includes the upheavals of the transition from the Rurik to the Romanov dynasties,

wars with the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth, Sweden and the Ottoman Empire, and the Russian conquest of Siberia, to the reign of Peter the Great, who took power

in 1689 and transformed the Tsardom into the Russian Empire.  During the Great Northern War, he implemented substantial reforms and proclaimed the Russian Empire

after victory over Sweden in 1721.

Michael I became the first Russian Tsar of the House of Romanov.  He was the son of Feodor Nikitich Romanov.  He was unanimously elected Tsar of Russia by a

national assembly in 1613, and he was crowned in 1613, on his 17th birthday.  The first task of the new tsar was to clear the land of the countries occupying it.

His father took over the government till his death in 1633, Michael occupying quite a subordinate position.  During his reign, Russia conquered most of Siberia with

the help of the Cossacks and the Stroganov Family.  Russia had extended from the vicinity of the Ural Mountains to the Pacific Ocean by the end of his reign.

He fell ill in 1645, probably depression, and died in 1645.
