Winning bidder gets this page from an autograph album signed in person by Barbara Stanwyck (1907 - 1990), the American actress who made 85 films in 38 years in Hollywood, before turning to television. Stanwyck was nominated for the Academy Award four times, and won three Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe. She has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and is ranked as the eleventh greatest female star of all time by the American Film Institute. Notable movie credits include Baby Face (1933), Stella Dallas (1937), Ball of Fire (1941), The Lady Eve (1941), Double Indemnity (1944) and Sorry, Wrong Number (1948). She transitioned to television by the 1960s, where she won three Emmy Awards, for The Barbara Stanwyck Show (1961), the western series The Big Valley (1966), and the miniseries The Thorn Birds (1983).
