This machine has spent it's life in a office building. It was used prmiariy to clean mugs and also a moderate amount of plates. It has never had to clearn a dirty saucepan or an oven dish that was left out for two days! Used about three times a week in the few years it was in situ.
Before it was replaced, the dishes didn't come out clean. There werre coffee marks in the cups and some plates were not shiny.
The cause of this problem wasn't investigated to any great degree and the machine was deemed obsolete. I suspect that it would simply require something with a good knowledge of the inner workings and this could be repaired.
that's about as far as my prognosis goes. It might be knackered, it might not be. Just seems a bit of a waste to send it to the scrap heap.
