Refurbished example, this isn't a perfect restoration but a respectable repaint, in fact it is an overpaint over the original colour - Dinky never made the model in this blue and white colour so it is what collectors call Code 3 and possibly unique, it looks nice on the display shelf, photos always provide the best guide I think, so please take a look. Dinky made these from 1958 to 1962 but they had cast hubs during the first two years of production, this is one of those - spun hubs which were were introduced in 1960.
