Condition like new , loco has been in a display case, never run , the wheels are in perfect condition as you can see. 

Some of the detail parts have been fitted( without glue) - the rest are in the bag including what looks like a spare set of cab front handrails I think. Includes original box and paperwork all in excellent condition.
