This is a super cute and nostalgic playset!  The Puppyville Hotel is plastic with a cardboard back and front. The cardboard front opens up to reveal a hotel complete with a working elevator, rooftop swimming pool, puppy shower, 2 furnished hotel rooms all in a very pretty park setting.  Super easy to take on the go too!

In very good used/pre-owned condition.  All of the plastic parts and pieces are excellent, no broken parts.  There is a small tear at the top of the cardboard part as shown in photos.  Most of the stickers are also in excellent condition.  Please see photos for condition.
