Overall condition: Very Good. My own PowerCenter. 1 Owner. Used for home stereo equipment. Always pulled the plug out of the wall during thunderstorms anyway just for safety so I don't think it ever experienced a power surge. Never heard the alarm go off. All indicator lights illuminate.
