Hello and welcome to the auction for my
PROJECT LAND ROVER 110 4C (DEFENDER) which is almost tax exempt! The main reason I bought it.
It is a D Reg, and would be VERY suitable for
someone called Karl (D*** KRL is the reg number).
I have owned the landy since Feb 2021 and the
logbook is in my name and address (Halifax, West Yorkshire), though the land
rover itself is stored (therefore needs to be collected from) at my unit which
is in Rochdale, Lancashire.
This is a prefect project for someone wishing to
restore a land rover and who wants it to be tax exempt in less than 3 years
time! This will increase its value quite a lot, so even if you just kept
it under a tarp for 3 years, it would be a sound investment for you.
What is included:
- Logbook
- Original ID VIN plate
- Chassis (which needs welding or replacing)
- Bulkhead (will need repairing or replacing)
- Front and rear axles
- Steering components
- Body components (seat box, rear tub, side panels,
roof)
That's about it. Suitable for someone who has
time on their hands and already has many of the other components needed to make
the finished article.
Payment by cash on collection only please (or bank
transfer).. No cheques please. Collection only from Whitworth, near
Rochdale in Lancashire... I will not arrange transport. It needs to be
collected on a trailer of course and you or your recovery firm will need to
load it. The front axle is only loosely attached with straps, so you will
need to be aware of this... will suffice for loading (its how I got it onto my
trailer OK).
