I think this is called a flotation suit.
This suit is no longer manufactured by Mullion...but looks in good condition.
Outershell: 100% nylon/neoprene coating
Lining: closed cell polyethylene foam
Quilted to 100% nylon
Very thick padding
Suit is quite heavy
Inner elasticated ribbed fabric cuffs in sleeves, Cuffs adjustable with velcro
Pocket on left sleeve, upper
Foldaway hood in zipped compartment
Zip closure up front, with velcro covering
2 small compartments on chest with drawstrings in them
Left breast pocket, and 2 bigger pockets further down, one on either side
Velcro closure at neck
Bottom half of legs have zips, with flaps for widening inside. This bottom section of legs is not padded

Reflective strips on hood, shoulders. cuffs and legs
Sleeves length from outer edge of reflector strip to cuff: 27in
Pit to pit (outside, at join of 2 colours): 27in
Length of suit from neck to bottom of leg: 63in.
NB
The sealing tape on the inside of the suit that seals the outer sewn seams appears to be fine. Not much of it is visible, but the bits that I can see look well stuck down.
