Hello. You are looking at a brand new sealed Toy Story Bullseye posable figure by Mattel. Roughly 5 to 6 inches, hard to tell because his legs are posed in the package, so I can not get an accurate measurement. Manufactured in 2012. My daughter was OBSESSED with Toy Story and Cars, they are now almost an adult so I am parting with my collections. I can not find this in a sealed package, but I do believe that this is not made any longer. If you were like me and either had a fan,or are a fan yourself, let my loss be your gain, and add this little fella to your collection. It has been packed away all these years. Little bit if wear around the corner edges of the package.
