USA SALES ONLY......SORRY.

Here is a rare vintage fishing reel. Its the MEISSELBACH & BRO  80-Yard "Tri-Part" Fishing Reel made in Newark, New Jersey.

Frederich Meisselbach received his first patent for a fishing reel in 1886, called the "Amateur." Many subsequent different types of reels were made, with his "Tri-Part" reels first made in 1906.

Yes, it works well and the condition is exceptional considering it is over 116 years old. It winds very well, with and without clicker.  A small spool of fishing line remains.

Also shown in the last 2 photos are examples of vintage Meisselbach reels in an ad, a Tri-Part shown in the top right in the first and a complete Tri-Part in the second. Sorry, not included as part of this sale.
