Condition notes:

• Cover inks / gloss: very good colors; very good reflectivity; tanned
• Cover wear: nearly detached from both staples; surface tear and hole at bottom of title; moderate to heavy handling wear w/ some bends & light wrinkling. one 2-1/8 tear from reading edge; numerous other edge tears, the longest being nearly 1/2"
• Cover creases: corner creases at right; a few creases at center near bottom, and upper right; one 1-1/2" diagonal crease at top right; edge creases, top & bottom. Light vertical crease along spine at center
• Soiling, staining: drink ring stain on front at lower left
• Dates / stamps: none
• Spine roll: moderate, with some page fanning on reverse along reading edge
• Spine split: 3/4" from top, 1-1/2" from bottom
• Staples: no rust
• Staple tears: about 1/8" from both staples
• Rust migration: N/A
• Stress lines: numerous horizontal lines w/ a few tiny tears; the longest lines are about 1/4"
• Corners: missing tiny corners all around on front
• Centerfold: tight
• Interior tears: none; last few pages have a chipped bottom right corner
• Paper quality / color: supple; off-white to lightly tanned; very good colors
• Acid odor: none noted
• Missing pieces: front cover has a 5/8" x 1/8" hole at bottom of title; tiny corners missing all around; a couple tiny pieces missing from top edge, and bottom at bottom left. Back cover has tiny corners missing at top & bottom of spine, others are rounded
• Amateur repairs: none
• Coupon cut: none
• Readability: very good; complete
• Back cover: very good gloss; tanned; 2-1/4" and 7/8" edge tears on reading edge; numerous tiny edge tears along bottom; several creases; several stress lines / tears along spine. Very good colors

All things considered, I have graded this book FAIR / GOOD (1.5)
