Description:Antique, hand crafted bent metal bird cage with a hand carved and
painted yellow bird on a moving swing. The domed cage has a hanging hook at the
top. The door that swings open as an embossed plate with patent dates starting
1874 through June 27, 1878
Condition: PreOwned ~ Very Good all original condition with great patina. I
don’t believe it ever had a base as it might have been crafted for decorative
purposes only with the enclosed folk art bird
