Antique, decoratively bound, late 19th century book celebrating the first centennial of the American Revolution. Exterior of the book is well intact with gold gilded, black stamped and embossed design and text to the front cover and spine face very well intact. Upper end of the spine shows some minor discoloration and the outer corner edges of the boards show some rubbing. Likewise, upper and lower ends of the spine also show some rubbing. Interior of the book is overall clean with some minor and very old water staining at the upper margin gutter of the first half or so pages as well as some occasional and marginal soiling or spotting besides foxing at the back endpapersa. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors.

Book totals 398 pages, measures approximately 9 1/8 x 7 x 1 1/4 inches and weighs about 2 3/4 pounds.
