Up for sale is a Vintage C. F. Martin 00-17 Model Flat Top Concert Size Acoustic Guitar 1954, made in Nazareth, PA, has a  lacquer finish on mahogany top, back, sides and neck, with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. This is a well-played, but not abused guitar and shows normal signs of use and age. PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.  A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS.   I cleaned the guitar with regular guitar polish and musician's friend fret cleaner,  strung with extra light Nanoweb Elixer's. Plays like you would expect a Martin to play.  Have no issue with the action which is close to the neck consistently 1/8" of an inch height from 3rd fret ascending to the 23rd.  Makes for smooth effortless play. Nice sound, nice action.  Some buzzing from the E string on the 2nd fret when playing a D Chord but other than that a heavier gauge E string might do the trick or an adjustment & professional set-up is in order.   No separation of neck from body what-so-ever.  The neck; headstock & tuners are in what I consider very very good condition.  Pick Guard securely attached with no issues. Sound hole clean no breaks. There is crack on the front of the guitar that travels from dead center at the base to the bridge. 7" inches in length.  Not as visible in the pictures as it is in person. Not a difficult fix but a luthier could and should address this issue before any extended play.  No cracks on sides or backs or any separation.  I do not accept returns so ask questions.   Comes in it's Original Case and shipped to lower 48 continental United States, insured for purchased value.
