This is a Vacuum Tube & Battery tester made by Precision Apparatus Co. INC. Elmhurst N.Y. Model #10-12. Also includes 3 additional testing attachments and instructions for the Tube master 10-12. Unit is tested in working order. The case has had some repair including new wood on top of case.
