Pre-owned, never used, looks new.  Brass coiled wire letter/mail holder.  Good for note cards or phone call notifications, etc.  The tail is a pen or pencil holder and the ears/horns(this is a dog or could be a goat?) are good for sticking a note on.  There is a clear rhinestone eye on each side.  Great little guy to sit on your desk to help keep you organized.  Measurements are above.
