Noted flaws:

Safety pin holes at inside hem and at inside of bust. No noted flaws on the outside of the dress.

Approximate measurements when flat:

Seam at underbust hits just above the waist and is about: 12.5 inches

Length from underbust seam to hem: 20.5 inches
