The only thing better than one sheet pan---is TWO, never be without the right size pan again! the baking pans are uniquely designed with a fluted corrugated surface which facilitates air circulation for even baking and also maximizes pan strength and reduces warping.  bakeware is made with aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Steel for maximum strength and long term durability and aluminum for superior heat conductivity. Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Please note, our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. features  steel wire in the rim, which provides extra strength and further resistance to warping. Our baking sheet pan’s surface are finished with  proprietary nonstick coating, a nonstick silicone - which allows easy release of baked goods from the pan and makes clean up a breeze. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. We recommend using only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils--do not use sharp metal utensils.
