If graded, I'd say this "poster" is a 3.5-4.0. There is wear & tear, including creasing, folding, pen/pencil mark on front (to the left of "Origin of Spidey" text) as well as some staining (both on front/back "covers"). Lower grade, but super rare/cool collectible for any Spiderman fan!
