In Good Used Condition -There are no major flaws such as stains, picks, tears, etc. in this shirt that I can see. There is minor fading as you'd expect in a 100% cotton garment. It's a very nice man's polo shirt that has been maintained well.

I tend to lay this type shirt flat to dry after washing. As a result, the fabric sometimes feel a little stiff. When you receive the item, it will have been washed and is ready to wear. To reduce the stiffness, I recommend a few minutes in the dryer with a dryer sheet.
