For best results, we suggest you use your Professional Effects strips first.  Use 1 every day, or as close to every day as you can, until the entire set of Professional Effects strips is complete.  Professional Effects strips should be worn for 45 minutes.  After you have finished using your Professional Effects kit, you can use 1 One Hour Express strip each month thereafter, to maintain your white smile.  One Hour Express boost strips are worn for 1 hour.

Step One:
Peel Whitestrips from back of liner

Step Two:
Using a mirror, apply gel side of strip to front of teeth. Align the straight edge of the strip with gum line. Fold over teeth and press to secure.

Step Three:
Peel from back of teeth first to ease removal.

1 Hour Express Treatments - Use once a day for 1 hour

Step One:
