A rare and very unusual 1809-1815 handwritten 30 page booklet from a church, evidently in England or Canada in the early 1800s.  The title neatly written on the front page reads:

"Account of Sacramental Collections and Their Distributions Beginning at Whitsunday AD 1809."

In addition to the listings of collections received, it shows expenses including wine, bread, supplies and sexton, and names of recipients of the payments, all in British Pounds.
It is written on rag paper with a thread-sewn binding.  Some of the pages are slightly loose, but all are present and the booklet is in well-preserved condition, and is over 200 years old.
