1. We offer free postage for standard deliveries to physical addresses ONLY. Please choose “Australia Parcel Post” during checkout if you are using PO Boxes Parcel Lockers, otherwise your order may be cancelled at our discretion.

2. If you require an urgent delivery, please choose “Express Delivery” at the checkout. Please note Australia Post Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network it won't be covered by Next Day Guarantee. Please refer to the Australia Post website for details.

3. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method and carrier available.

4. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or severe weather conditions.

5. It is your responsibility to ensure address is correct and complete.

6. Please include primary contact number (preferably a mobile number) in your shipping. The courier may need to get in touch with during the delivery of your consignment.

7. Shipments are processed once payment clears and shipped within 1 business days. There is no dispatch or delivery on weekends or public holidays.

8. Please check the contents of your order upon receipt to confirm that all items have arrived as expected. Make sure you notify us of any damage or shortfall in the number of products supplied under an order within 48 hours after receipt of the order unless products are delivered by instalment. Failure to so notify us shall result in the loss of any rights the buyer may have against us for the damage or shortage.

Pick up is available at our Kingsgrove or Dundas offices depending on stock availability. Please make sure you contact us via eBay message or over the phone to book an appointment prior to pick up.
