Original Nelson Traveling "Rain Train" Cast Iron Tractor Sprinkler - Model No. 4232

This version of the Nelson "Rain Train" cast iron tractor is rare and extremely hard to find. The biggest noticeable difference in this model from the newer models is the front and back wheel design. The wheels are aluminum, not plastic. Also the location of the instructions for Hi, Neutral and Low is in front of the sprinkler rotor instead of behind it like in the newer models.

The tractor is fully functional. I tested the tractor in the hi, low and neutral modes and there wasn't any issues. 

There isn't any cracks, breaks or repairs on the body or wheels of the tractor. The only repairs done to this sprinkler is where the water hose connects to the tractor which is a plastic part. The repair doesn't leak any water. The tractor was originally yellow and was repainted green and pinstriped by a previous owner.

This tractor measures approximately 19-1/2" long x 9" wide x 9" tall and the sprinkler wand is 26" long. It weighs 11 pounds - 2 ounces.

I will be removing the sprinkler wands before packing the tractor so they don't get damaged or cause damage to the tractor during the shipping process. They are very easy to reinstall.
