How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship your products as quickly as possible from the time of your order within 2-5 business days.

If the order is for small and non-fragile products, delivery will be between 3-15 business days depending on your location. For non-fragile rural deliveries, please allow up to 12 business days for delivery.

For large and fragile products, the delivery will vary depending on your location. For Melbourne or metro areas, delivery will be approximately 3-10 business days, whereas all other states will be 5-20 business days.
What if Iâm not home to accept my delivery?
If youâre not available to accept delivery or your delivery address is unattended, you must contact the courier with direct instructions: âAuthority to Leaveâ goods if unattended. Please note that this will void Interior Secretsâ and the courierâs liability that covers any loss, theft, or damage to your product. If you do not specify âAuthority to Leaveâ, our couriers will leave a card in your mailbox for collection at the local depot.

To ensure a safe and completed delivery of your goods, we advise you to be present at the delivery address to accept REMOVALIST deliveries.
Can I pick-up my order from your warehouse?
Certainly! You are welcome to a free pick-up only from our Derrimut warehouse anytime during our business hours. Pick-ups must be pre-arranged by calling prior to collection.

If your product happens to be out of stock, you will be notified immediately with an option to cancel or proceed with a pre-order.

Product Care
Marble and Stone

Marble is a natural stone material that is organically porous, soft, and more sensitive to chemicals than other stones such as granite. The marble stone will show wear sooner than other stone surfaces, but it can be restored with correct care and polishing by a stone care professional or restoration specialist.

Since marble is a porous stone, any substances that are left on marble surfaces can stain. We highly recommend cleaning any spills or food crumbs immediately with a lightly dampened cloth as this will minimize the imperfections to the item. Avoid leaving cold cups or drink bottles as water condensation will also stain the marble. We highly recommend the use of coasters and place mats to further protect the integrity of the stone. Examples of substances that may stain, etch, or mark the marble are:

Sauces
Oils
Acidic
Salad dressings
Fruit juices
Soft drinks
Wine and other alcohols.

If any of these substances spill on your marble surface, we recommend cleaning immediately with a damp cloth and wipe dry. Blot spills as wiping the area will spread the spill.

Avoid the use of cleaning solutions below as some may stain, corrode or tarnish marble surfaces:

Reclaimed/Recycled Wood

The timber used in this range is recycled elm timber veneer. These items are handmade and have been prepared to give them a unique finish and the timber is sourced organically. These items will naturally have distinctive characteristics such as cracks, grain patterns, splits and imperfections, which are then filled and evened out using square timber fillings where required. Please note that sudden and extreme changes in temperature and humidity can cause the timber to crack, split or warp. Reclaimed timber is prone to permanent damage from moisture and heat.

All timber surfaces will mellow and mature in colour over time. These aged and rustic features should be appreciated as part of the look and are not manufacturing defects. If you would like to see the item before dispatch to ensure you are happy with the colouring and table characteristics, please ask our sales team. Dissatisfaction with this natural finish look will be considered a change of mind and not a fault.

Please note that assembly should be completed by capable person/s with assembly experience. Interior Secrets will accept no liability for furniture damage or injury should the furniture be assembled incorrectly.

General Care Instructions:

Check table fixings periodically as it can loosen over time; re-tighten when necessary and avoid over-tightening
Every 8-12 months, apply a clear protective varnish (purchased from your local hardware store) to the furniture to protect surface and maintain quality. Spot test before applying as some timbers can stain darker
Place the table indoors and away from direct heat sources, such as sunlight, heating, and windows. The nature of reclaimed timber is not suitable for outdoor use
Placemats and coasters are recommended to further protect the integrity of the timber
Immediately blot any spills or sticky residue that come into contact with the timber. Use a slightly damp cloth, wiping in the direction of the wood grain followed by a dry towel to remove remaining moisture
Frequently dust with a dry towel or duster to remove abrasive build ups of dust
Avoid direct contact with liquids or food scraps.

Do not:

Drag the table or legs when moving. Ask for assistance and lift the table with a minimum of two people
Use detergents or cleaning chemicals to the surface as it will damage the timber.

Solid Timber

Solid timber products are unique and long lasting. Regular maintenance can slow the deterioration of hardwood furniture or even prevent it altogether. Hardwood furniture is usually very durable and simple to repair as opposed to cheaper alternatives. It is important to keep in mind that the condensation from hot and cold glasses can penetrate the finish and leave a white ring on your item.

General Care Instructions

Clean and polish regularly. Depending on usage it is recommended to polish your solid timber items every 6 - 8 months
Use coasters and placemats to prevent water rings and scratches
Wood swells in high humidity and shrinks in low. These changes can warp the wood and in some circumstances cause the item to break. It is recommended to invest in a humidifier/dehumidifier if you live in an area that experiences extreme weather fluctuations
Dust the furniture every few days or so to ensure it continues to look shiny and prevents the dust from settling into the wood
Immediately blot any spills or sticky residue that come into contact with the timber. Use a slightly damp cloth, wiping in the direction of the wood grain followed by a dry towel to remove remaining moisture
Place the table indoors and away from direct heat sources, such as sunlight, heating, and windows. Direct heat sources can cause the timber to warp and, in extreme cases, break due to the temperature.

Do not:

Use solvents or chemicals on the items. Select your cleaning products carefully and avoid cleaners that contain bleach, alcohol, ammonia based or contain silicone or any other chemicals that can stain or strip wood. Ideally look for natural alternatives
Place in an outdoor space. These tables are not suitable for an outdoor space.
Use coloured plastic on the timber. Coloured plastic can sometimes seep itâs colour into the wood and affect the timbers shape because of the heat and humidity.

Fabrics

At Interior Secrets, we use a variety of different fabrics on our products. Fabrics do naturally fade over time due to constant use, however, you can take these steps below to help prevent or slow this process.

General Care Instructions:

Depending on usage, a weekly vacuum with low suction and a soft brush accessory will remove dust and damaging dirt particles will help extend the life of your fabric and furniture
Dab spills immediately with a soft, clean, white cloth or absorbent paper towel. If possible, do not let spills dry and clean them as soon as possible
Pilling can occur on occasion and is not considered a fault. Fabric pills can be removed by a power operated pilling tool available at most general home supply stores
Professionally clean the fabric bi-annually or yearly
Rotate reversible seat cushions regularly to develop even cushioning on a sofa.

Do not:

Place the items near direct heat sources, such as sunlight, heating, and windows
Keep sharp or abrasive items such as shoes on or near your fabrics. Abrasive items can pull fibres which can develop into holes or tears
Use the item in wet clothing as it can leave a watermark on the fabric and can contribute to beaching, mould growth, and transfer dye
Use chemicals, alcohol or detergents to clean the fabrics as this may cause greater damage and discolouration.

Velvet Fabric

Velvet is a luxurious textile created by a complex double weaving process that results in a densely plush nap. Shading, marking and texturing of the pile are an inherent characteristic of velvet and is not considered a fault.

General Care Instructions:

Depending on usage, a weekly vacuum with low suction and a soft brush accessory will remove dust and damaging dirt particles will help extend the life of your fabric and furniture
Dab spills immediately with a soft, clean, white cloth or absorbent paper towel. If possible, do not let spills dry and clean them as soon as possible

Timber Veneer

Timber veneer is a natural wood product that requires more attention than other surfaces. The wood is more prone to bruising, scratching, and denting from heavy objects or extreme pen pressure when writing. It is recommended to use a desk pad or a protective surface to prevent damage.

General Care Instructions

Dust regularly with a slightly damp, soft, lint-free cloth
Wipe dry with a dry, soft cloth in the direction of the natural wood grain
Clean spills immediately with a damp cloth
Apply a good furniture polish with a soft cloth twice a year
Use coasters at all times to prevent surface damage
Avoid placing the item in direct sunlight to prolong product longevity.

Do not:

Use aerosol-powered cleaners or polishes
Use polishes containing waxes or abrasives, or polishes that are oil based or alcohol based
Place a pot plant on the veneer surface unless itâs in a water tight container or drip tray
Place hot, wet, or moist items directly onto the table
Place the product in an extremely high or low humidity area.

Leather

Leather is a natural product that has a protective layer to resist most soiling and spills. However, our leather products require gentle care using suitable products for maintenance. Pay extra attention to areas that come into contact with hair or skin as they will show the first signs of wear and tear. Always be mindful of sharp or abrasive objects such as shoes and zippers that can damage the leather. Also note that dye transfer from clothes or other fabrics is possible. Protect your leather as soon as possible after delivery by contacting leather care professionals for assistance.

Real Leather

General Care Instructions:

Dust weekly or use a soft vacuum attachment to avoid the leather being scratched by loose particles
Depending on how often you use your leather furniture, apply a leather cleaner and condition once every 6-8 weeks
Immediately blot any spills that come into contact with the leather. Use a clean and white paper towel, gently blotting the affected area. Do not wipe as it may cause the spill to spread and damage other areas
Avoid vigorous rubbing when cleaning the leather.

Do not:

Over clean the furniture, which can damage the protective layer and cause the leather to deteriorate prematurely
Soak the leather in any liquids
Use detergents, alcohol, chemicals, soaps, shoe polish, wax, window cleaner, silicone, saddle soap or any cleaning product not designed for leather as these may cause damage and discolouration
Sit on the furniture with wet swimming clothes or towels, which can leave a watermark on the leather â contributing to bleaching, mould growth and dye transfer.

PU Leather

Polyurethane leather otherwise known as âPUâ leather is a polymer composite material made of one or more layers of PU and a woven or non-woven textile backing such as bi-cast or ground leather. This fabric provides the most realistic imitation of leather when it comes to its soft supple texture.

General Care Instructions:

PU leather should be dusted with a dry or slightly damp lint free cloth
We recommend using a faux leather cleaning and maintenance kit on the item and use as directed on the packaging.
Cleaning can also be done with warm water and some not abrasive.

Do not:

Do not place in direct sunlight. Faux leathers can dry out the material and cause damage to the frames
Clothes that are indigo dyed (like jeans) or strong colours can transfer onto light colours. Be sure to give this a wipe as soon as you notice it, as itâs the kind of stain that will penetrate if left. A quick wipe down with a baby wipe after use should resolve this if attended to quickly however results may vary and this is not seen as a fault of the material
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents on the material. Harsh chemicals like bleach and detergents.

Tempered Glass

Some of our products use tempered glass instead of regular glass. Although it is tougher and more durable than regular glass, tempered glass is not unbreakable and should be cared for like normal glass. Damaged glass may spontaneously shatter when not maintained properly.

General Care Instructions:

Dust glass regularly with a soft and dry cloth
Clean with glass cleaner, following the bottle instructions
Use place mats and coasters to protect the glass and prolong its longevity
For frosted glass, place the frosted side down to avoid damaging the surface.

Do not:

Subject the glass to thermal or mechanical stress as it can weaken, break or shatter
Use the glass surface as a chopping area, and avoid contact with sharp or hard objects
Allow greasy or dirty items come into contact with the frosted side of frosted glass
Carelessly handle the glass product
Drop objects onto the glass surface.

Outdoor Furniture

All outdoor furniture is tested to ensure that it is durable enough to withstand outdoor elements. However, it is recommended to store outdoor undercover from harsh Australian weather to preserve and increase the longevity of the product(s).

Preservative Maintenance:

Store your outdoor furniture in a dry and shaded area when not in use or during periods of inclement weather
Canvas, painted metal or timber furniture should be stored undercover after use
Timber furniture will naturally expand and contract due to changes in humidity and temperature. This can cause timber to split and/ or fade in colour when left exposed to outdoor elements, which is a natural occurrence and should not be considered as a fault.

General Care Instructions:

Furniture made from polyester, synthetic wicker and aluminium can be washed down with warm soapy water and left to dry naturally
Clean and treat timber furniture regularly to maintain its integrity
Clean the entire surface of upholstered pieces, from seam to seam, to avoid water rings and stains.

Do not:

Leave furniture uncovered in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as it may cause warping or splitting under the heat
Leave furniture outside during periods of inclement weather (e.g. storms or extremely hot weather)
Scrub, use hard bristle brushes or other abrasive cleaning methods when cleaning upholstered pieces
Fold furniture when wet as it will get moldy or rusty.

Rugs

Each rug is different with small variations in colour, size, and weave pattern due to their handmade quality, and thus should not be considered as flaws but unique characteristics of the rug. All rugs are made for indoor use only unless stated otherwise

Be aware that heavy furniture can mark and flatten the pile in rugs, causing permanent damage. Some heavy or sharp edged furniture, or constantly moving furniture, can pull the rug out of shape.

Avoid placing your rug in direct sunlight or heat as this will cause your rug to discolour prematurely. Fading will occur slowly over time due to use, and this sun-bleaching effect will permanently affect your rug. This will be more noticeable with darker coloured rugs and natural fibres such as jute or hemp. Rotate the rug every 6-12 months to ensure even wear.

Wool

Wool rugs will naturally shed during the first few months after purchase (or longer depending on use) as a result of loose fibres that remain in the rug after the manufacturing process. This is not a manufacturing fault and should be expected.

Piling can occur due to foot traffic, moving furniture or vacuuming. Piling fibres can be carefully trimmed with scissors to remove.

Sprouting can occasionally occur when loose yarn ends rise above the pile surface. This is a characteristic of the type of weave, and not a manufacturing fault. The loose yarns can be carefully trimmed or pushed through the weave.

General Care Instructions:

Treat spills immediately to avoid permanent damage to the wool
Blot any liquids with a dry absorbent white cloth or white paper towel. Some stains can be treated with a mild detergent and lukewarm water
Regularly vacuum your rug to reduce the amount of shedding, piling, and/ or sprouting over time.

Do not:

Rub or scrub wool rugs as it can cause permanent pile damage and disruption
Machine wash wool rugs
Fold or roll the rug for storage
Continue to use cleaning agents if colour lifts off when blotted with a white paper towel or if a watermark remains after cleaning. Always test spot the cleaning agent first before proceeding.

Jute

Jute rugs are made from natural fibres and will naturally shed on its bottom side. We recommend placing an anti-slip mat pad underneath your rug to prevent slipping, colour transfer onto carpeting or flooring, protect the finish on varnished floors, and to protect the mat from heavy furniture.

General Care Instructions:

Regularly vacuum your rug with a brush attachment to reduce excess piling and limit damage from dust, food crumbs, and dirt
Since jute rugs are made from natural fibres, it can be quite absorbent. Treat spills, spots and stains as soon as possible to prevent damage to the mat
Blot wet soiling with absorbent tissue, cloth or paper towel
For best results, consult and/ or use a professional rug cleaner.

Do not:

Rub or wipe any liquid spills as this will cause the liquids to soak into and stain the rug
Use rug cleaners and spot treatments as these may stain or discolour the rugâs natural colour
Place the rug in damp or humid places e.g. bathroom or kitchen areas.

Hemp

Hemp rugs will vary in size and colour due to the nature of hemp yarn, and should be considered as unique characteristics, not faults, of the rug. The rug will initially shed loose fibres that remain in the weave after the manufacturing process, which can be hastened with regular vacuuming. Since most hemp rugs are naturally dyed, the colour may fade fast if placed in direct sun.

General Care Instructions:

Blot the spill by pressing firmly with a dry undyed cloth or white paper towel
Use water and a toothbrush, or a small scrubbing brush, to gently work on the stained spot inward to avoid spreading
If the stained area is significant, take the rug outside and rinse both sides thoroughly. It can be left outside under a shaded area to dry, or hung inside to air dry
Remove any solids immediately
Consistently rotate your rug from time to time to ensure even wear.

Do not:

Place the rug in direct sunlight
Place the rug in damp or humid places e.g. bathroom or kitchen areas
Rub or wipe the spot as the stain will seep deeper into the rug
Dry clean as the chemicals can damage the natural hemp fibres
Fold or roll the rug for storage.

All Interior Secrets products (excluding marble and natural stone products) have a 12-month warranty from the time when the product/s was purchased. Our 12-month warranty offers peace of mind against manufacturing damage, defects in materials, or workmanship on all products purchased. Interior Secrets will work with you to find a solution that you are happy with in accordance with consumer law.

If your product/s arrives or displays signs of damage or fault within the 12-month warranty period, please email and provide:

Your invoice number
A detailed description of the damage or fault
Proof of purchase (i.e. invoice or purchase receipt)
Clear photos showing the damage or fault.

This warranty does not cover:

Marble and natural stone products
Normal wear and tear of the product
Damage from abnormal use or abuse
Damage from placing the product in inappropriate locations
Damage to packaging only
Damage resulting from improper maintenance
Modified goods
Minor chips or superficial blemishes
Insignificant variations in dimensions, colour, natural grain, or finish (as between a received product and an advertised product).

All products subject to warranties must be returned to us in safe order for inspection and assessment. You will be required to safely pack the return products in the condition they were received to our Derrimut warehouse. The products should be packaged adequately to avoid further transit damage and to ensure approval of credit or refund. Please note that the return delivery costs are at your expense. Interior Secrets will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product/s.

To make your furniture shopping experience more enjoyable, we deliver Australia wide and offer competitive delivery costs for all of our products. Simply enter your postcode upon checkout and our shipping calculator will automatically determine the best possible delivery pricing based on product size and weight and your address. We work with the most reliable and cost-effective carriers, who represent Interior Secrets, to deliver your new purchase to you.

Interior Secrets ships products as quickly as humanly possible from the time of your order. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-7 business days from time of payment. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during normal business hours; Saturday delivery is only available when using a removalist service (please see below). Should you require delivery outside business hours, please contact us to see if this is possible for your area.

Estimated Delivery Times

While we and our couriers endeavour to meet these delivery times on all occasions, keep in mind that your location and order size will ultimately impact the speed of delivery to you. As such, please allow up to 15 business days for all deliveries in case of delays. For non-fragile rural deliveries, please allow 12 business days from time of dispatch.

Delivery

We require an Australian street or residential address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver orders to a PO Box. If access is difficult, not to the ground floor, or you require product/s to be carried inside and/ or upstairs, please let us know in advance as additional charges may apply.

Unfortunately, the service and delivery of goods by third party couriers is strictly to ground floor and/ or front door only by a single delivery driver. As such, this service does not include:

Carrying product/s inside, upstairs, or in elevators
Placing product/s in rooms
Assembling product/s, and
Removing packaging or wrapping.

Note that you will be required to organise help from another person and to take furniture from the ground floor and/ or front door inside the residence. Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that the packaged product/s will fit through doorways, staircases, and/ or elevators before placing your order.

Courier costs include full insurance for product/s that are lost or damaged during transit. Our couriers will call one day and/ or one hour prior to arrival to confirm delivery to your address.

Unattended Address

If the delivery address is unattended or you are not available to accept the delivery, you need to contact the courier directly with the instructions: "Authority to Leave" goods if unattended. Please note this will void Interior Secrets' and the courier's liability that covers any loss, theft, or damage to your product.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is available for most orders. However, please note that most fragile removalists do not always have the capabilities to give specific delivery dates and tracking information. If you require a tracked delivery, please contact the sales team to confirm if your order is viable for tracking information.

Commercial and Over-sized Products

A person from your end will be required to assist the delivery driver to carry heavy or large bulky product/s to your ground floor and/ or front door. Should you have special requirements, please leave clear instructions in the comments section upon the checkout process.

Removalist Service

If required, we can provide you with a removalist service for an additional charge. Fragile removalists are white glove and experienced furniture handlers (two persons) for larger fragile items. With a white glove service, our delivery partners can carry your product/s upstairs into any room of your choice. Due to our wide product range, we ask that you contact our customer service team for more information on white glove services, pricing, and restrictions. A transit insurance will incur an additional charge when using a removalist service.

A removalist service is recommended for fully assembled, heavier and bulkier, and very fragile items, such as:

Boardroom tables
Bookcases
Buffet units
Dining tables
Larger lounge chairs and sofas
Marble coffee tables
Office desks, and
TV units

Delivery Cancellation Fees

In the event of a fragile removalist delivery cancellation, a cancellation/ re-booking fee up to 50% of your total freight costs may apply. Requests for delivery cancellations or re-booking must be lodged as soon as practicable after placing your order.

Melbourne Only Items

Due to fragility, size, and packaging, selected products (labelled as 'Melbourne Only') are restricted for pick-up in or delivery to the Melbourne metro area only. Unlike other online stores, we allow pick-ups because we can. Our online competitors outsource their warehouse staff and facilities, ultimately increasing product pricing and making delivery costs a mandatory expense. We believe itâs only fair to pay for delivery service when you need it. You will have the option to select âDeliveryâ or âPick-Upâ upon checkout to suit your preference.

Please note: Pick-ups are available Monday-Friday from 9:30am-5:00pm and Saturday 10:30am-1:30pm. All pick-ups must be pre-arranged prior to collection. All product/s are thoroughly checked prior dispatch. Interior Secrets is not liable for any transit damages via customer pick-ups or customer arranged delivery.

Your satisfaction is important to us. So, we go the extra distance to provide you with a comprehensive returns policy to make sure you enjoy the Interior Secrets experience.

If youâre not happy with your purchase, change your mind, or for any other reason, don't worry! Simply return the product in its original packaging within 14-days of receiving your order (exclusions apply*) to our Derrimut warehouse.

Refund Policy

Interior Secrets customers have 14 days within receiving delivery* to request a return by contacting our service team.

The returned product/s must be in Interior Secretsâ possessions within 14 days of receiving the delivery. All product/s must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and parts, not assembled or partly assembled in any way, and in a resellable condition. Customers are welcome to return the product/s themselves to our warehouse during business hours to save on re-delivery costs. If the customer cannot return the product/s to our warehouse themselves, we can arrange a collection from the customerâs street or residential address at the customerâs expense.

Please note that Interior Secrets will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping the return.

**Exclusions

Exclusions to our 14-day money back guarantee and refunds are specified on the product listing under âReturn Policyâ. We cannot offer change-of-mind refunds and returns for the following purchases:

Online Only products that do not qualify for our 14-day change of mind policy. A product is classified as Online Only as indicated by the product listing above the advertised price. These purchases cannot be returned or refunded as the furniture is specially ordered from a supplier and/ or specifically made for the customer. It is the customerâs responsibility to ensure all Online Only orders are 100% appropriate prior to purchasing. Online Only items may include items not shown on our website.
Made to order are not eligible for our 14-day money back guarantee. These custom-made purchases cannot be returned or refunded as the furniture is specially ordered from a supplier and specifically made for the customer. It is the customerâs responsibility to ensure all custom-made orders are 100% appropriate prior to purchasing.
Clearance, display, and/ or sample products are non-refundable and cannot be returned as the range has been discontinued, not in a new condition, and/ or replacements may not be available should issues arise. As such, these products are heavily discounted, fully assembled, and available for inspection and/ or pick-up only from the Derrimut warehouse. Please inquire if you have further questions regarding clearance, display, and/ or sample products.
Products not shown or advertised on the Interior Secrets website include different colours and sizes of products, as well as in-store/ in-showroom products
Bulk orders are not refundable due to the large quantity.

Products on Hold

Product/s can be put on hold for up to four (4) weeks from the date of notification that your hold order and deposit payment are confirmed. If you need to extend your hold longer than four (4) weeks, your deposit payment will be non-refundable and your product/s on hold will no longer be valid for change-of-mind and other return/ refund policies. A 10% holding fee will apply to orders on hold for 1-3 months and 20% for 3-6 months period. Please note that we are unable to hold an order for more than six (6) months.

Cancelling Your Order

If you change your mind and decide to not proceed with your purchase, simply let us know and weâll take care of it for you. If your product/s have not yet been dispatched (excluding online exclusive items*) we can cancel your order and provide you with a refund. In the case that your order has been dispatched by the warehouse, all shipping charges and delivery fees will be nonrefundable. Note that any return to sender and/ or return fees payable by the customer are nonrefundable.

For online exclusive items, you can only cancel the order if the order has not been placed from the manufacturer. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer it is nonrefundable. Please refer to our 14-day money back exclusions for further details.

Vouchers

All vouchers and vouchers applied on cancelled orders are nonrefundable.

Product Transit Damage via Customer Pick-Ups

Please note that all items are inspected prior to customer collection. It is always the customer's responsibility to ensure safe pick-ups and deliveries to and from the Derrimut warehouse. Interior Secrets is not responsible for any transit damage that occurs in the event of customer pick-ups. As such, Interior Secrets is not required to refund you the total product cost and/ or replace the damaged item for you.

Faulty Products & Significant Differences

In the case of faulty product/s or significant differences, Interior Secrets will work with you to find a solution that youâre satisfied with in accordance with consumer law.

If a product is faulty, significantly different than advertised, or not fulfilling its purpose, please notify Interior Secrets immediately. You will be advised by our support team to take and send photos and/ or videos of the issue to illustrate the problem.

If you believe that your product/s has been damaged in transit, you must report it to Interior Secrets within 48 hours of receiving a delivery. You will be advised by our support team to take and send photos and/ or videos of the issue to illustrate the problem.

To report a faulty product, significance difference, or transit damage please contact our service agents.

Please note that all returns and faulty returns must be delivered to our Derrimut warehouse as our Southbank showroom does not accept delivery returns.

All faulty product/s must be returned to Interior Secrets in safe order for inspection and assessment. We require the faulty product/s to be packaged adequately, including all accessories and parts, and not assembled or partly assembled in any way to avoid additional damage in transit.

Return Collection

It is always the customerâs responsibility to arrange for a means (by requesting help from neighbors, friends, or likewise) to bring product/s to the ground floor and/ or front door of residences or buildings in the case of a return. Customers must ensure that the product/s are adequately packaged in the original boxes and packaging to avoid damage during a return delivery. All costs regarding a return delivery or collection are at the customerâs expense.

Upon return, the product/s will be inspected by our warehouse team. If the returned product/s are found not to be resellable, Interior Secrets (at its sole discretion) reserves the right to only refund* 50% or less of the product price paid by the customer at the time of purchase or charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be stipulated by a returns agent prior to the initiation of the return.
