Fender American Vintage 62 Stratocaster
The U.S. Vintage Series, which appeared in 1982 as the top series in the regular line, changed its name to American Vintage around 1999. This model that has arrived this time is commonly known as Amevin 62 Strat.
Since there is no neck date, I don't know the exact year of manufacture, but it seems to be from the mid-2000s.

A model that reproduces the specifications of a 1962 Strat with an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. Among the features of this generation is the maple neck with a slab board fingerboard with rosewood glued flat on it.

Models from before this era had maple one-piece necks, and models from later eras had round fingerboards, in which a curved rosewood was pasted onto an already curved maple neck.
In the case of slabboard fingerboards, the volume of rosewood is larger than that of other styles of Strats, so it is said that the sound is thicker, has a softer attack, and is more sticky than other Strats from other eras. .

The American Vintage 62 Stratocaster is a reproduction of the distinctive 1962 Stratocaster, and the pickup selector has also been reproduced to the specifications of the time, making it a 3-point switch.
Strats are still good. You can rest assured. This 62 style Strat is probably the most familiar form of electric guitar, including Fender Japan and copy models.
