Ibanez Artist AR305 1983 Antique Violin

About
1983 Artist AR305
Mahogany back, burl mahogany top, 3-piece maple neck, ebony fingerboard wood specs.
Equipped with two SUPER58 pickups, which are still used in hollow body models, the TriSound switch for each pickup allows for a wide variety of sound variations.
Made in Japan with a simple and sturdy construction, the mahogany body produces a thick sound, but it also has a bright, well-grained, and edgy character.
Many original parts are used, such as Smooth Tuner II for the pegs, Gibraltar II for the bridge, and Quick Change II for the tailpiece, and you can feel the manufacturer's enthusiasm.
It is a model with no compromises in appearance, including gold hardware and multi-binding, and gorgeous inlay work on the head and fingerboard.

As is often seen on this model of this age, the binding on the head and body has cracked due to deterioration and some parts have peeled off.
This has many scratch marks and dents scattered throughout, and the metal parts have dullness and peeling of plating.
There is a screw attached to the side of the front pickup, but its purpose is unknown.
The mini switch for the rear pickup is slightly bent, but there is no problem with its operation.
The strap pin has been replaced with a non-genuine one, and the original hard case is out of stock.
Although it has strong signs of use, each part has been maintained and cleaned at our repair center and is in good playability.
