Rear Drum Brake
(w/ front discs or 4-wheel drums)
EARLY WHEEL LOCKUP
Problem Solver

You get a pair (that's two [2] pieces) of new, reduced-cross-sectional-area replacement rear wheel cylinders for all muscle-era Mopars (1965-76) now equipped with front disc and rear drum brakes or 4-wheel drums, 10 or 11". Read on....

Perfect for nose-heavy cars. The factory, in comparison, used the same brake setup on a 6-cyl wagon as on a big-block 2-door. Can you say: "good luck with that?"

No matter how you adjust the proportioning valve, or even with no valve (all drum brakes), if you experience early rear wheel lockup, this is a fix - 14% rear drum actuation reduction!

Even a prop valve can't help on moderate stops, it only reduces rear line pressure when the cut-in point is reached -- which it rarely does on slippery surfaces, just when you don't need the rear wheels locked (Physics: a car with locked rear wheels MUST spin!)

Sold as a pair (2 pcs.) Fit 10" or 11" rear drum supports ('64-up). Made by original Chrysler/Mopar vendor to OEM Chrysler engineering specs.
