This item came out of a church ministry, Other than plugging it in to see that it powers on, no other testing has been done. 

The plug is intact, but loose in the back, it has many scuffs and scratches, including a spot of  adhesive on the top. and lots of internal dust showing from the side holes.... Please see our many photo's for cosmetic condition. Selling this item as is..
