RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding lots, swimwear and intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items, and perishables).

1. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the return will not be accepted. We will open case for item returned not in original condition. All our items photographed before shipment. 

2. Original Tags and NYC Moda Boutique return tag mast be attached. If NYC Moda Boutique return tag removed, Return will NOT be accepted. Return unpacking will be video recorded.

3. When we receive your package we will process the refund within 3-10 business days. Partial refund possible if item returned not in original condition. 

4. After return accepted, it should be mailed back within 3 business days.
