Old Nintendo 64. Tested for power only since there was not an A/V cable in the box with it. It powers on! Console looks fine. But again: it has only been tested for power because there is no A/V cable. The box definitely has flaws. The styrofoam inside is rough, as well. Refer to pictures for condition.

Has a controller.

I placed Super Mario 64 in the styrofoam within the box, so don't have a panic attack when you open it and see only 5 games at first. It's in there!
