Hello and welcome the auction for my 88” 1972 Series III Land Rover. Petrol 2 1/4 litre

Sold as seen, spares or repair. 

Not for the faint hearted but a brilliant base to start from….

First registered 1/12/1972 with 5 former keepers. 51,618 miles from new. Last on the road and MOT’d  in 2008. Family owned since 2000. 

Unfortunately has stood around since approx 2010 and is showing its age. I do not have the time it needs so it’s time to find a new home.

The chassis will certainly need replacing as is far to gone to be an economical repair. However like with everything Land Rover they are readily available and reasonably priced.  

Brakes are not working, but are free allowing it to be moved, trailered etc easily. Bodywork is as expected from a 52 year old farm vehicle. 

Engine turns over freely by hand, gearbox appears to engage but clutch not working so unable to verify anything further.
