I will post when a week day has been agreed after payment is received. All clean up crew (cuc) are sent in a polystyrene box, cardboard outer and doubled bagged..

 IMPORTANT. IF YOU SUSPECT ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR PURCHASE PLEASE TAKE AS MANY PICTURES AS YOU CAN (MINIMUM 5) OF THE ITEM FROM VARIOUS ANGLES. TAKE THE PICTURES WHILST THE ITEM IS STILL IN THE ORIGINAL, UNOPENED SHIPPING BAG.YOU MUST SEND ME THE PHOTOS WITHIN AN HOUR OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.  THERE MUST BE CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE ITEM IN THE ORIGINAL UNOPENED BAG. THEN TAKE PICTURES OF THE ITEM IN YOUR TANK WITH THE LIGHTS ON. EVEN IF YOUR ITEM LOOKS UNHEALTHY, PLEASE ACCLIMATISE AS NORMAL.  WITHOUT THESE PICTURES, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS. I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS AND ONLY GIVE SUITABLE REPLACEMENTS IF THE ABOVE IS FOLLOWED EXACTLY. 

If you are not happy with these conditions, please do not purchase the item. 

THE ITEM  WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL A MUTUAL SHIPPING DATE HAS BEEN AGREED. BUYER MUST TAKE DELIVERY ON FIRST ATTEMPT.
