Still new and sealed, the rare PUKE character in all his… or her, glory. Or perhaps some gender in between. Certainly a rare find if you collect these characters. These products are supposed to glow in the dark but I cannot get it to do so. Cannot warranty glow in the dark characteristic.
In addition, I have been advised this production run was a pre-release prototype and amongst the cognoscenti are considered “imperfect” or “rejects”. This is not an area in which I have a great deal of knowledge and I highly recommend you research these issues if you are uncertain about the status of this item.
