I'm selling an old friend which I've had for over 20 years. No longer get on two wheels and indeed, this hasn't been ridden for about a decade. Probably time to part with it. Still amazingly light (I think so, anyhow) and ultra-cool (again, my view). Over the years I did add various bits and bobs like the Kona forks, Easton bars/Saddle stem and Shimano XTR shifter (really good back in the day!) but that's about it. I'm not a bike aficionado, so can't really attempt to answer anything technical, I'm afraid.
Clearly, it will need a service, although I pumped-up the tyres 3 days ago and they are still holding strong. I'm also throwing in a couple of helmets, one small and one XL.
Please do not message about courier/delivery, this will be a pick-up only option for some lucky soul living near enough to Pangbourne, West Berkshire.
Size wise (and to the best of my knowledge) from centre of crank to top of seat tube is 17.5 inches or about 45cm. Looks like a medium to my untrained eye.
Condition is as per pics - some scrapes and scuffs all around (adds character) but there are no major structural issues that I can see.
It looks like the back tyre has a slow puncture - which I must note here. I have zero idea why this amazing bike isn't selling at a giveaway price! It's a classic. Maybe buyers are awaiting the summer months....
