This is a great new action figure, made as part of a new run for The Vintage Collection of Star Wars figures. This series features new toy figures released in packaging based on the classic Kenner designs. 

This is a Shadow Stormtrooper from the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed game. It's roughly 3.75 inches tall.

The figure appears to be in good condition.

The packaging is still sealed and appears to be in fairly good condition. The card is a little curled and there's some light creasing by the hook (pictures #3, #4 and #5). There's a little edge wear (picture #7).
