RARE OBSOLETE  SMALL ( is is 3 1/4 " wide and 3 1/4 " high ) PATCH OF THE KEMPTVILLE POLICE, ONTARIO, CANADA. The TOWN OF KEMPTVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT was taken over by the ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE in 1998. This patch has a dark blue background with yellow lettering and border. It is in new condition and has the white plastic heat backing.
