Welcome! For sale i have a rare BMW E30 M3 “street” in red. The “street” model is based on the Sport Evolution DTM models so has an interior with a single race seat but no roll cage. The model is made by Minichamps in 1:43 scale and comes with the original early type dark grey box. The original plastic display box is one from the very first years, so without the Minichamps logo on top! Nice detailed, high quality model!

Please note this model is over 30 years old! This street car was one of the very first models Minichamps (also known as Paul’s Model Art at that time) made, produced around 1990 – 1991. The number of this model is 2000, which means it was the first M3 model Minichamps ever made, and only the second in their model range (the Audi V8 was number 1000, the Mercedes 190 E Evo 1 number 3000) which started in 1990!

The model is sold as used but the condition is good: the model has been in my collection for about 15 years (was bought used) and has never been taken out of the box since i bought it (only for the pictures) or put on display. I always store my models in their original box in a dark storage room so there is no dust on the models nor missing parts! However, please note this model is a repaint … i bought it als being original on eBay years ago and put it in storage, only to find recently it does not have the original paint! I am not sure why it had a repaint, but to be honoust, i think it was actually done pretty nice. The paint looks ok and alle decals are there. Yes, as a collector you will sure see the difference but i think the model still looks great! There is a small inperfection on the front windscreen and at the rear bumper, please look at the pictures! The cardboard box is nice and complete but shows a bit of wear due to age / storage. The clear plastic box has some scratches etc. but otherwise looks nice, no cracks or broken pieces.
