TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BY PURCHASING ANY ITEM IN OUR STORE YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE: Pursuant to the Art. 2 paragraph 1 letter OO of the Presidential Decree No. 696 of 21-12-1996, the transfers of goods made by mail are not subject to the obligation of certification by issuing an invoice or receipt. If you are a registered customer with a VAT number, the invoice will be issued automatically, starting from 01/01/2019, as required by the 2018 Budget Law n. 205 of 27/12/2017 it will only be possible to issue/receive electronic invoices; therefore, IT WILL BE MANDATORY that you provide us with: Company name, VAT number, PEC and above all your UNIQUE SDI CODE at the time of registration.
- Shipping damage: Upon receipt of the package, check carefully that the closures are intact and not cut and/or tampered with and that the package is not obviously damaged, opened and/or tampered with. In this way, in the event of missing or damaged goods, it is possible to make a claim to the courier for a refund. If you accept a tampered insured package without the words "WITH RESERVE", you have no possibility to make a claim.
- BILLING: An invoice is issued only upon customer request, which must be done at the time of payment using the "Add message to the seller" option, providing all the data necessary to issue the invoice. For administrative reasons it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice if requested after the date of purchase.
WARRANTY:
- Legal: is required by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq. ) and protects the consumer in the event of the purchase of defective products, which work poorly or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or to which that good is generally intended. This type of warranty is applied to all items with the exception of spare parts for which other forms of warranty are provided
- Replacement parts: all spare parts sold have a 3-month warranty, with the exception of original Displays in Service Pack (see DOA warranty). Defective products with prior authorization can be returned to the sender and will be replaced or refunded.
Conditions required for the warranty to apply after installation are as follows:
1) The product must be returned intact
2) The anti-theft sticker must not be tampered with.
3) The Display must absolutely not be installed, always carry out TEST without removing films (FRONT/REAR) by connecting FLAT connection.
DOA (Dead On Arrival): is applied to all Original spare parts in Service Pack, the products are covered by DOA warranty, before installing the display DO NOT REMOVE THE FILMS check operation by connecting only the flat, installation by authorized centers is recommended. The guarantee expires afterwards the installation. Any other forms of guarantee are issued individually by the laboratory that carries out the repair.
SHIPPING
TWO.DIS. Group Srls always attentive to the needs of its customers, it has entered into partnership agreements with Couriers and Carriers Leaders in the sector of national and international shipments, (GLS - DHL - BARTOLINI - POSTE Italiane).
Our company ships every day with the systems specified in each advertisement, such as Express Courier or Poste Italiane (Posta1 Pro).

- Tracked delivery service, efficiency, speed and safety
- Assistance h24 7/7 - 99.95% of satisfied customers
- Generally shipments managed by Express Courier are delivered within 24/48h on the national territory (islands excluded), for some areas (smaller islands or remote locations) delivery times could be longer up to 72h. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.
- In some periods of the year (Christmas, August) there may be delays in deliveries by the appointed couriers.
ITALIAN POST - Posta1 Pro:
- Posta1 Pro is the universal postal service with priority mail, not tracked.

- DELIVERY OUTCOME - using the two-dimensional code on the envelope, it will be possible to verify the outcome of the delivery to the recipient.
