RARE OBSOLETE PATCH OF THE KITCHENER POLICE, ONTARIO, CANADA. The CITY OF KITCHENER POLICE DEPARTMENT amalgamated into the WATERLOO REGIONAL POLICE in 1973. This patch has a dark blue background with white lettering and border. It is in slightly used but very good condition and has the old style cheesecloth backing.
