In her own words, here’s how she creates her images:

“I create my work by photographing the subject using a Polaroid SX70 Land Camera. Because the oil used in this camera remains soft for a limited period of time I am able to manipulate the image before the emulsion is completely set, adding a more personal and emotional quality to the image. When the art work is completed I make a copy negative of the original photograph which allows me to print my work in the desired size that best suites that image.”
